The agricultural landscape has been shifting and changing over the last 10,000 years, and never more so than in the last few centuries. In late February, Growing Chefs founder Annie Novak was invited by Wave Hill to address “The Future of Farming,” in light of some of the technological, environmental, social and political challenges our food system faces.
