Our Story. Growing Chefs was founded in 2005 as a way to connect people to food, from the soil to the kitchen. By offering educational programming in farming, gardening, and with simple recipes using seasonal ingredients, Growing Chefs stays true to its simple philosophy: broccoli is not boring!
