Farming is not just for growing crops, it is for the cultivation...of human beings!" -Masanobu Fukuoka Eating well is a basic human right.  Our classes are offered in a variety of workshop styles, from garden-based cooking classes to free farming lectures.  We want to get you growing, touch dirt, and eat well. This spring, we are offering a three-part series with Brooklyn Kitchen as well as classes at the New York Botanical Garden. Farm-based education. Bring your class or organization to the Eagle Street Rooftop Farm . Learn about seasonal tasks such as seed saving, composting, planting and harvesting; of green roof benefits and urban farming. School partnerships.
