Philosophy
Since 2005, Growing Chefs has maintained a simple philosophy: "broccoli is not boring!" As agriculturalists and educators, we teach that to eat well from field to fork is to stewart good soil, celebrate the genetic diversity of seeds, practice organic agriculture in growing food, eat well-balanced, fresh, hand-cooked meals among friends; and to compost. We think all eaters should be know where their food comes from and how to grow it. All our educators share the same enthusiasm and curiosity as their students exploring the garden and the kitchen. We grow with, and for, the generations after us. And we love good food.
